Asked for an iced cortado and was told by Manuela who took my order that they don't do it! Not even showing willingness to make the customer happy and make it.
All i was looking for was an iced cortado - with ice inside! Mandela was adamant they don't do it , not even.bothered to try and make it, as the other Starbucks make it and never issues. Mandela was making such an issue out of it! So I just left!
Will never come again when she works!

Came in yesterday to order a double espresso latte, the guy said it?s only a single shot but I said that I paid for two? will be going to joe and the juice from now on, better customer service felt singled out and embarrassed.

Worst chai latte I ever had. It wasn?t made wrong as the milk was perfect but the taste of your chai is very cheap.

We were served by a Moroccan young man with the utmost respect, and he had a good image of the coffee, because Starbucks does not have anything other than the Americano, and the rest is all thanks and appreciation.

One of the worst Starbucks I?ve been, milk was overcooked and killed my capuccino. The cakes and sandwiches are of lower standard than other branches and staff is clueless. Generally packed on the weekends so your complaint will fall into deaf

Stef was a superhero to our 9 year old who hit his head gawping at the London skyline. Stef grabbed a huge bag of ice and helped our little boy in his hour of need. Frappacinos and coffee great here too.
