During the summer, I really enjoy treating myself to cold drinks from Starbucks! Today was one of those scorching hot days, so I decided to try something new: a Tiramisu drink. The team member was super friendly and asked me all sorts of questions ? to help create the perfect drink for me. The Tiramisu drink they made was absolutely delicious ?! While sipping on my refreshing treat, I loved watching how the team worked together. They were so positive and happy, which is definitely why they make such amazing drinks! A huge thank you for the wonderful Tiramisu drink! I can?t wait to come back! ?

They put more ice than liquid in your refresher drinks. I got a large and 3/4ths of it was ice. 1* Avoid

Came here today and I wanted to order a viral order from starbucks and they said they couldn't make it Why??? AND THEN I ASKED FOR A RECOMMENDATION ON WHAT DRINK I SHOULD GET AND THEY SAID A PEACH ICE TEA AND WHEN THEY BROUGHT IT TO ME IT TASTED SO WATERED DOWN AND DILUTED ABSOLUTELY NO TASTE I'm very pissed will not be coming to this place ever again ????

Lady working here today evening was super rude and highly unhygienic she was cleaning and then served food with dirty hands without sanitizing and gloves. I already paid and literally walked out without the food considering it's hygiene aspect.

Came in today, ordered with a lady at the till, delightful person. A caramel Frappuccino with no cream on top and a cookies and cream Frappuccino that doesn?t usually come with coffee but I had enquired about adding coffee which I was told I could pay to add, I then payed for espresso to be put into the drink. The gentlemen making the drinks clearly in a rush? (when my girlfriend and I are the only people ordering) was clearly not reading the tickets coming through. The caramel Frappuccino came out with cream on top and the cookies and cream Frappuccino had no coffee in it. I tried to query this and the gentlemen was rude and dismissive, turning away from me as I try to speak to him , telling me there?s not meant to be coffee in the drink and I explain I?ve paid for it to be added. This angers him and he snatched the drink back only to remake the drink exactly the same? I work in hospitality? I?m not an idiot, I watched him do it and he couldn?t give a toss. Didn?t even try to make it look like he put espresso in it. Absolute joke but pop off I guess.

Came here got served at the till by a lovely girl then asked for a coffee with no cream, the guy making the drinks clearly didn?t read the ticket which I wasn?t to bothered about but then my boyfriend order a drink with a shot of coffee because that?s what he wanted and payed extra just for the guy to make it without coffee then when we went to tell the guy we wanted coffee in it he rudely says ?there?s no coffee in that drink?, well yes we know that, that?s why we payed extra for the shot. Then he continues to make the drink exactly how it was done before. I get it can be frustrating to remake something, I work in hospitality and understand however because we payed for the shot that?s the only reason why we asked for a remake. So over all, tell the guy to not be cheeky and remake something exactly how it was made the first time I don?t think it?s that deep to just add the coffee we payed for.
