I love a good espresso, I had one of the worst espressos in my life in this particular Starbucks! I couldn't finish it, it was burnt, awful and absolutely disgusting! Starbucks is a world famous cafe and they should be able to train their staff to deliver a good espresso, it's the core of their business, coffee!

I am a starbucks lover for me nothing can compete the brand. But sometime it depends who is preparing your coffee. I visited Starbucks today Canary warf bank st. Stef was very professional and very keen with his job. I always pay for the parking there no one ever told me if I will spend £10 or over on food or any other stuff, so I don?t have to pay.Hs is the first one who mentioned and I appreciate it a lot.Thanks a lot Stef to be kind and help:)

Dont ever get too good to go here. Discusting. Stale beyond meat buns that are expired. In tesco that would cost less than a pound for what they give. The food is discusting all in the bin.

The lady who calls herself the leader today 12.45 8th Feb is extremely rude and unprofessional, just because I asked for a baby chino is a little bigger cup, she snapped at me and said ' you should have asked next time' very rudely..She then just poured the milk into the cup and when i asked her to add a bit more milk, she literally put 5 drops...Its milk for a toddler and you are not carrying it home, u unprofessional Not sure why you have lousy people like this on your Frontline.. I'm never coming here again..

Love to go Starbucks Jubilee Place. All the team members are really nice without exception. Best Starbucks in town :). I love the refurbishment. More tables and plugs now.

I see negative notes about the recent refurbishment but the store actually looks beautiful and modern now. I have been in the past few days and the music didn't seem too loud so it seems they have listened to clients feedback.

Nothing against the staff at all. The new layout is awful with squatty tables, hard seats, droning music, blinding nauseating spotlights, ADHD & Autistic unfriendly lights. Turn them down omg is it Wembley stadium or what. An exhausting experience! Never again.

Whenever I'm in Canary wharf for work, I always get an almond croissant. Always get it heated, it's such a difference maker.
The staff are always nice and friendly, they always have a smile on their face. You actually want to spend money at Starbucks coffee.
The mocha is always nice as well ?

I was a regular at this coffee shop before the refurbishment.
I've got two problems with the new layout and decoration.
1. Noise. The new interior has tiles on the floor and mostly hardwood furniture. The noise even when there are only a few customers in the cafe is extremely distracting. The curved window (of which more in a minute) always resulted in some weird acoustics but now that there are no wooden floors the noise levels are very high and distracting.
2. Light. One of the great aspects of the old decor in this Starbucks was that there were desk-style tables next to the curved shop-front window. These were under the skylight, so allowed customers to sit and use their computers in diffuse natural light.
Suggestions for improvement:
* hang noise reducing things from the ceiling. Put tapestries on the walls (a big ask, but it would make the space a lot more inhabitable).
* Move the furniture around so at least some of the desks are up against the shop front window in the natural light.
