Trash service. I booked a 2 inch water pump there and when I went to pick it up they first said we don't have it and soon after they said we have the pump but we don't have a hose. On the other hand other location like royal park west London you will never be able to get hold of them l

We rang to order a CAT and genny at 8am, I went at 8:30 to collect, but the person on the counter didn?t know anything about it and said it wasn?t on the system, everything that I asked him, he got more flustered and said things like, I don?t know, I shouldn?t even be on the counter, on the phone we were told that we could hire it for just a day, but this person has raised it for a week hire, he also told me to sign his little pda but I hadn?t even seen what I was about to hire, but yet it says, I?m signing to say that I have received the items in good condition, when I asked he said yes it?s fine. I left at 9:30, which means it took an hour to get this sorted. This is a very poor service

Total shambles. 1 hour and 25 minutes waiting in the shop. The guy behind the counter is useless. He asked me to find the code in the hire book for him because he couldn't. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere.

One day ahead I?ve called the branch to hire a spray machine. I?ve specified the model I?ve needed because it was important. They said it?s in stock.
Next day went to pick it up and it wasn?t the model I was looking for. Lost 3 hours and petrol driving to this branch. I can?t finish my job over the weekend and everything was planned on the assurance of the guy saying he has it in stock. Really annoyed and disappointed. I would suggest for them to get their homework done before they mess up trades people work. I would definitely not come back with them as I have no assurance of them being reliable for my business.

Returned a dehumidifier today and had exceptional customer service from Harry at the receptions and from the manager Dan upstairs. Highly recommend this speedy hire centre for your needs.
