On a business trip from Scotland we visited this Shake Shack. Food was very fresh and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. All staff we encountered were very friendly.

Amazing Hospitality at Canary Wharf Shake Shack!
I had a great experience at the Canary Wharf Shake Shack! The hospitality was top-notch, and I want to give a special shoutout to Zuber, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. His service made my visit even better, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making customers feel valued. The food was delicious as always, but the warm and friendly atmosphere really stood out. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Food got delivered really late, but the main issue was the quantity and taste. I've eaten from this chain before, and it's quite good. But this one was not at all as I remember it to be. Taste was very average at best, and not worth the price....

Zuber provided great service. We didn't have to worry about anything except ordering. Zuber even took the drinking straw out of the packaging. The sauces were also brought to the table by Zuber.

We always go out of our way to visit the Canary Wharf Shake Shack venue because it's the best in London!
It's located in a calm area, always clean, spacious and easy to find. The service is excellent every time, even on the very rare occasion that there's been a hiccup, the staff have been wonderful. Today we were greeted by the famous Zuber who treated us like royalty and clearly has a passion for customer service. Thank you!
