Great service. I'm thankful for the staff for helping me with an issue. I had money stuck and wasn't being processed in the ATM machine. I went to deposit some cash and it was on a Saturday evening where there was no one available.\\n\\nI called up customer service and explained my situation. The head office was able to send an email to the team to the canary wharf branch. Which they did picked up on Monday morning and was able to locate my money and update my account.\\n\\nI'm very grateful.

What happened to Santander's customer service over the years? Inconsistent information from head office and this branch doesn't care about addressing customer needs. Take your money elsewhere.

Due to name change I went there to order new cards that were supposed to arrive within 3-5working days, 3 weeks later- never got it. When I called them I was told they have sent my cards to previous home address for some reason. So I went there reuested my cards to be delivered to the branch again so I can pick them up instead of them delivering incorrectly again. Later that day when I tried to use my card it said- card expired. So I called the bank and they said the card has been locked and I cannot use it until new one arrives, great all of my money is there. When I complained they said I can use my basic card to withdraw money, which I tried and it got sucked into the ATM. So since it has already been 5 days I called them to check if card has arrived just to find out that it won't be here for another 5 days, which leaves me for no money at all again. Definitely do not recommend the branch or the bank overall.
Going to switch to Barclays very soon.

I just popped in to get a replacement card. Spoke to a guy called Michael who was genuinely friendly and super helpful.

Slow staff, not a lot of brains and no flexibility at all. In for more then hour doing work I could do in 5 minutes myself. When asking for something extra, I was told to come again next week (which will only happen because I'm closing my account). Would not recommend the branch and by extension the bank.

The bailiff knocking on my door for no payment. And I asked one of their idiot stuff and told me that the payment went through ... and it didn't. 3 times I had same problem with failed payment ...

Very happy with service at this branch. Friendly staff who were very helpful in resolving a complex issue. No appointment needed and told to come back if I need any further help at all. Branch is clearly used to dealing with more complex enquiries given the local business population
