I would avoid this store. The staff doesn't comprehend their own refund and warranty policies. The manager didn't understand that a product can break after it's been used lol... Went to a different store and had no issues whatsoever in getting a replacement.In short - don't try and explain their own refund policies to them, just go to a different store.

I have just had a brilliant experience at this branch. Staff could not have been more patient and helpful and enabled me to get a last minute print job completed. They also experimented with different files to achieve optimum quality. I can't thank them enough!

Best to go to a public library. There is a £2.50 service charge which is mentioned on the website. So, if you print one page (which is 50p I think), you'll pay £3. Ridiculous. The website and the store don't mention that you have to pay extra money for their "time". I went there to get several documents scanned, and when paying for the scanning service they charged me an extra fee for their time (it was an extra £25 for a half an hour job. You read it right, 25 p o u n d s!). It's ridiculous. Will never come back again. They also don't answer the phone when you call them! Awful customer service and unnecessarily expensive service!

The store has a fantastic atmosphere, with extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff, no problem is too big for them, they are always on hand to assist in the best way possible. I have been shopping here for more than two years, each experience is as pleasant as the first time I entered the store.

They are not able to print a simple amazon return label. I have sent the email from amazon with the label I wanted to print out but their computer won't load amazon website. I asked to log in to my email and was told I was not allowed. They were pushing me to send a screenshot of the label but obviously the quality would be too low as the file contains bar codes. Very poor customer service as no solution was proposed.

Very helpful staff here that have saved me with printing a few times. Everything in this store I want to buy honestly. I don't know another store I'd go to for craft supplies or stationary because this store has all of it and the prices seem good too. They put stuff on clearance a lot and those deals are insane
