The employees working there are most disrespectful, non cooperative and rude to their customers now a days.
Wanted to return a faulty fan within 2 weeks of buying which obviously also had warranty. The customer service guy was eggresively stubborn arguing that we have opened the packaging so refund won't be possible. No matter how many times we tried to explain that without opening the package it wasn't possble for us to test that the fan makes huge noise and horrible clanky sound, Jack, the customer service person persisted on negetivity. He wouldn't listen to reason.
Hugely disappointed on Robert Dyas! We never had such poor service there, as being a resident of Canary Wharf for more 18 years we often used it.
That fan is lying useless under our stairs. It shades a bad light on Russel Hobbs too!

An employee called Jack in Canary Wharf Robert Dyas is perhaps the most impolite and unhelpful customer service personel we have ever encountered being a resident of CW for about 20 years. He wouldn't listen to our query, refused to give information about a product we were enquiring and spoke very rudely to us! How do these types of people hold jobs? There are so many polite people out there.

Yet another shop that now refuses to give all customers the same price. If you don't have the app or card, then Robert Dyas will charge you higher prices. This practise should be illegal in the UK. I didn't buy some products today because I wasn't going to pay more than others.

Small shop but with all essentials. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. On my visit today DARREN went out of his way to find a product in the back of the house. it was just £ 1 product and yet he spent quite a bit to find it for me. Thank you
