The employees working there are most disrespectful, non cooperative and rude to their customers now a days. Wanted to return a faulty fan within 2 weeks of buying which obviously also had warranty. The customer service guy was eggresively stubborn arguing that we have opened the packaging so refund won't be possible.... read full comment
