Really poor service. Tailor cancelled appointment without calling in advance. Shop ?manager? said ?it?s nothing to do with me?! Great brand let down by actual experience.

Kenny the store manager was very helpful trying to help me find a coat that is very popular the Lucia in a popular colourway and contacted every store in the UK to help me make sure that I am able to purchase it, very good customer service I have not experienced this level of professionalism in any other Reiss store and didn?t feel the pressure to buy a coat right there and then to receive a good will of ?10% off? if I do.

The manager here is so devoid of even a modicum of what constitutes good customer service. Refusing to exchange a perfect condition item returned as sold with gift receipt because ?it doesn?t have a tag? despite the price tag being removed on sale by Reiss staff due to it being a gift. Absurd. Don?t shop here.

Terrible customer experience. The lady who claimed to be manager here did not exchange a gift item despite having a valid bar code and a gift receipt. The tag was removed by personnel at the store on regent street and the manager here refused to take it back or help with the case in any way, said I should ?contact the store where I got it?Very unhelpful
