Had a bad experience this morning with I believe her name was leozana a young woman, asked for an extra hot drink and she was laughing with her colleagues, making sarcastic remarks. Unprofessional and rude wont return.

Always seek Pret out as somewhere with reliable vegan options which don?t rely on processed faux meats. Choice has been getting limited recently but this branch provided the goods early on a Sunday morning. Tricky to find as inside a multi storey shopping centre but got there eventually..

Could you please start serving gluten free pastry options, there isn?t much for people with intolerance :/ tbh most people are intolerant to gluten now days, they just eat and suffer as they have no time to worry about health when they put work first.

Love this place, food and service, friendly cheery staff, even the management are lovely but I've recently stopped coming as there are lots flies, as soon as they get on top of them I'll come back. Went on Tuesday afternoon this is week and I couldn't get 5 minutes without a fly landing on me. Hope to return without the pesky flies which I suspect are living in the fixed seating area.

Most staff are miserable and unfriendly. No smile, no energy and no communication. They even argue with their customers when the customers are disappointed in their attitude problem.

1 guy always screw my order. 3 times this guy give me 3 wrong drink while other employees is right. Today he cost me drink while i have a membership. I debate but he said i should paid for the food. Bro no laksa soup cost 8 pound.
