I visit this Pret every day when having a walk. Love the coffee and pastries here, and staff always provide great service and are always in a good mood!
One point of feedback - toilets could be cleaner!.. ?

Service is amazing here. The barista is always smiling and happy to serve, I work locally and Im here twice a week at most around 9am which is the morning rush, she always does my iced caramel matcha fast and the veggie croissant tastes amazing. Matchas a little watery but service makes up for it.

I had better latte from a Greggs, it was horrible, I mean it I can not even describe the disgusting taste of it, I mean this is meant to be coffe place but it fails on that, than why operate. ??? People who drink coffe from here thinking they are paying for quality coffe..?? I think they have no taste buds or it is just status thinking I got coffee from pret, I can not explain any other ways for a premisses to get good reviews on such bad coffe....???

Poor handling of one of the items in the order, causing my purchase to be cancelled/returned after waiting 45 minutes for preparation-delivery.
When I contacted the shop, the attendant tried to blame the driver, but it is clear from the photo that the coffee cup lid was not closed properly.
I will never order anything from this unprepared shop!

Pret staff are always friendly and kind. The food is fresh and has amazing quality . I really recommend Pret to have breakfast or lunch or take a delicious mutcha latte.???

It?s Pret. You know what you?re getting. But, why is there club music playing at 7AM every Sunday morning? And why is the cooling on during the winter? Are you actively trying to hurry people out?

Cheapest coffee in town! Good too. Didn't buy any food this time but I know their oatmeal in the morning is da bomb!
