How does Pret survive in summer!?
How do other companies manage to have a constant flow of ice yet with Pret it?s intermittent. And the fact that this is not the only Pret I?ve tried today.

I really love this Coffee and Tea fast food sandwiches ? fresh orange juice they have everything to have before start your day . X. I enjoy these outlets everywhere in London they have a fantastic outlet? clean and good quality food ?.

Atmosphere; not much pick your food pay and leave.

Extremely rude staff who give off the impression they don't care about anything. I understand that nobody particularly wants to deal with customers all day, but it's part of the job.

The only guy who?s on shift on the 12 May at around 1pm is bad. He doesn?t look like he wants to be there.Was extremely slow, you can literally count each steps he took. Also I noticed some wastage too, he poured a single shot into a customer?s drink and realised they wanted strong, so he put the cup just onto one side of the nozzle where it dispense coffee and let the other half gone to waste!The staff will definitely require retraining and supervision as he will not be right for any businesses.

There's a terrible barrister who doesn't know how to make coffee. She's rude and not bothered. Had to reorder my coffee multiple times in the past and it still was terrible. Started avoiding this pret. Mistakenly went there yesterday I got a luke warm milky Americano. Is she serving old coffee?? What is going on?

Disorganised and terrible service, incompetent staff can?t keep track of who ordered first. Do yourself a favour and go to a different place.

We ordered 1 latte with oat milk and a hot chocolate. I asked for it to be extra hot and I just wanted to make sure it?s extra hot so I told her please don?t forget to be super extra hot. She wasn?t happy with me repeating my request, however, she left a note on the screen.But eventually the hot chocolate came not hot as requested and not concentrated at all as chocolate to milk/water ratio. Although I asked the other one who was preparing my hot chocolate to be hot please. Eventually I couldn?t replace it since they were about to close and super busy.But I went there on another occasion almost same problem not hot not saturated.Latte was average

Zero start. One of the worst service by Pret,,, very rude and disrespectful person who is working in morning specially who is making coffee,,, today I ask for hot chocolate and cup was hot I asked about cup holder and the arrogant person said I can?t because I have only few,, I can see easily that there is some holders and the thing is customer before me they all got holder and he refused for me,,, I have question I was not begging for holder I paid for coffee 2nd holders for customer so why you refused,,, what you gonna do with holder taking home and enjoy your own coffee,,,,? Very disappointed with service,,,, I would like to give zero start

She was clearly annoyed and had no patience to listen to my order. Instead, she was grumbling under her breath and rolling her eyes at me.The food was alright, but the poor customer service and rude staff made the overall experience very unpleasant. In a competitive market where there are numerous coffee shops, good customer service is key to retain customers, and Pret A Manger is failing miserably in this department.I would not recommend this place to anyone until the management takes a serious look at their customer service training and implement some drastic change.It's truly unfortunate and unacceptable that one would feel like they're being treated as a criminal, particularly when the whole family are loyal subscribers to Pret. This kind of service is not at all what one would anticipate from a reputable brand like Pret A Manger. It's critical for Pret's management team to be aware of such incidents to ensure they're properly addressed.

The staff at this store is lazy. 10/10 times I came here, they will say they have no ice. But on the menu list, there is a list of iced drink where Pret claims to sell. There is also an iced machine right behind the counter but the staff never bother to use it properly.The staff attitude was also awful when I asked for iced drink. Then they just offered me hot drink, which was obviously too hot and the paper cup was too thin to hold the heat.If you have no ice, I'm sure Starbucks can help you.I live and work locally but I'll never come to this pret again.

I have stopped going here for coffee as they have no system for handing out drinks. It's so annoying when they miss your drink or hand it to someone else. I walk up to Joe Blake's now where things are a bit more civilised.
