“Docklands pharmacy is our local pharmacy, and it's one of the best pharmacies.My family has been using this pharmacy for the last 12 years.The team in the pharmacy delivers an exceptional service.My husband is a kidney failure patients and most of the time his doctors can not spend time and explain certain procedures and medication he has to take.however the pharmacist and her team always make time for him and alway attend to his questions and queries on a regular basis.Thank you very much guys keep up the good work, your guys are truly ? amazing.”

“Quick and efficient service. Staff here are usually really lovely! Visited the pharmacy today and the young Trainee at the front was amazing :) Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Deserves a pay rise!4 star because the smaller lady at the back with a scarf could do with some extra training on how to smile. Extremely patronising, rude and unapproachable from the get go. “I went in for travel vaccinations. My consultant Helen was super lovely and took time to give me all the information I needed before administering my vaccinations very quickly and without any pain. I just wish the room where I got my vaccines was less cramped - it wasn’t a very comfortable room to be in.”

“I’ve been going to this pharmacy my whole life as it’s my local. I’ve seen it change from when the male pharmacist and the woman were the only ones working there, back when there was cosmetics being sold and activity books that I used to get as a child. Now the woman has retired but the pharmacist is still there and has lots of medical students working there .. the students are rude sometimes but the pharmacy itself is very clean and the pharmacist man is very professional has been there over 25 years always helps out if you tell him what you’re looking for or what your symptoms are.”

“I do not understand why all negative reviews - I use this branch regularly and never had a bad experience. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable and helpful, always a swift and efficient service when I picked up my prescription or making in-store purchase . Lastly, I have visited this branch at different times and days of the week and the experience has always been as good as described above.”
