Always have a poor experience here. Staff stand around like statues, completely unhelpful. Only go here if there?s absolutely no other alternative. Thankfully a Tesco on the other side of the bridge will be opening soon. Hopefully should be a better shopping experience.

It has everything you can dream of. They have imported snacks lime takis, sour patch kids and even hersheys. They even have a subway and the aroma drifts around the shop. You can also get ice cream and has so many different services like PayPoint. Probably one of the best nisa locals I have Been to.

We got three packs of chicken from there today which had the due date for tomorrow. When we opened the packs to cook it, they smelled so horrible that it was for sure we?d get food poisoning from them. Absolutely horrible grocery store with false dates on food. Will never shop from them again.

This shop fraudulently relabelled out of date vegetables.
I went back and found a whole shelf space of these, all with dates edited from the 7th -> 11th.
Makes me wonder how else they may be cutting corners and risking customers' health on both fresh and frozen products.

Store, with a lot of store stuff, that is in the store, the store stuff are to be expected to be in a store, so it's good that the store had the much expected, usual store stuff. So because of the amount of store stuff in said store. The store gets a 5 star rating, for having lots of store stuff.

I had a very disappointing experience with Anjali in Nisa at East India docks. I went to use a student discount, and when she asked for my ID, I showed her my virtual ID along with my student login as proof. Despite this, Anjali refused to accept it and was unnecessarily rude throughout the interaction. Her attitude made the situation much more frustrating than it needed to be. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and really affects the customer experience.

Convienient location for quick shopping.I have been using this store for last 7 years especially for Indian prepared meals.For the second time I had long hair in the food.It?s disgusting when you come back hungry from work and looking forward to a delicious meal and this happens.I had to throw up ?.Never again.Better hygiene standards would help to improve.

Lovely selection of food, really helpful, plus totally honest.
Left my phone on counter there, luckily realised few minutes later, they had not only put it aside in safe place but recognised me when I returned and asked for it describing which one it was before I had even done so myself.
Will definitely be using next time I'm in area.
