I?ve been to this Nando?s a few times and I really do enjoy the service. The workers here are very friendly and accommodating which made my experience better. A huge thanks to Nazmul for being exceptional!

I am a local and a regular at this restaurant. Yesterday Nazmul was looking after our table. He went the extra mile to help and draw a smile on the customers face. He truly made the experience exceptional! And to top this, I forgot my iPhone and didn?t realise that until I arrived home. He found it and gave it to the reception! I hope his honesty and hard work are acknowledged. Such service make me look forward to coming back! Many thanks ?

First visit to nandos canary wharf. Ordered food with my three other friends. They took 40 minutes and served food to one of my friends. While the three of us waited. Food served was cold. Hence returned back advising to serve the entire order in one go. Took another 25 minutes and came back with three servings. Upon investigation, was told that the order for the fourth person was not placed. Could be due to the misunderstanding at the till.
Would not be going there again. The staff clearly looked drained. Looked like they were understaffed. Nandos should look into it.

I normally don't give comment on reviews but I had to this time. We went to this nando's last Friday I , my friend and our kids. One of my boys is Autistic and he wasn't sitting down for long, I was beginning to get worried but the staff amazed us, they were so friendly and welcoming so kind. The smiles and talking to him nicely made him calmer than he usually would have been in other places we have been. He kept going to the desk where deliveries are collected I think and the guy working there, his name was Danielle ,he was so patient and kind to my son who is also called Daniel. And the lady who served us was also as lovely her name was Christine or Christina I can't remember properly. And another guy I can't remember his name. We will never forget their act of kindness. And my friend was like "you need to take the name and give a review, they have been so good after this long day we had." Only I didn't write there names down. Thank you all so much. We appreciate everything. It's so hard for Autistic parents and kids out there ? so you really made a difference. May God continue to bless you all.

This is by far the best Nando?s I have visited !
The service was the best I had seen by a long shot.
I had come here with quite a large group of family and they catered to our every need and allergies !
This was all due to the wonderful Christina she had a beautiful heart and really did everything possible to make our time here on Friday feel special !

I am a big fan of Nando?s but on this occasion I feel extremely let down. We came and only ordered a slice of cheesecake and nothing else. This then took 30 minutes to come which is really quite absurd and made worse by the fact that we went down to remind them of our order after waiting 20 minutes. I raised this with the manager Khadija who did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and did not even offer a basic apology. Instead she argued about how busy they were and tried to blame other staff members for the problem. Very very poor customer service from Nando?s and Khadija specifically on this occasion.
