Recently I had on opportunity to experience outstanding customer service from Moss Bros team in the Canary Wharf shop!\\n\\nFirst of all, I would like to highlight that my initial request was to hire a tuxedo for an event on the same week. It was explained that hire needs to be done much in advance, but the team still went above and beyond and looked at what was available in stock. After a couple of tries of jacket's \\u0026 trousers found, I decided to purchase. The best thing was, that it was my own decision without pressure from anyone in the store.\\n\\nWhen I announced that I am happy to purchase I received great attention. To highlight, I wasn't sure which measurements are correct for me but I knew which look I would like to go for. With quick and nice conversation the store assistants knew straight away what I needed.\\n\\nI would like personally to thank Adriana \\u0026 Carol for their support and assistance. It's been a long time since I received such great customer service and it's getting rarer in times of fast fashion and e-commerce.\\n\\nIt's been more than 5 days after the purchase and I still feel good about that purchase because it is associated with a good experience.

We made a 1-2-1 appointment to find a suit for my husband-to-be for the wedding. When we arrived the person meant to help us didn't even bother asking my partner what size he was (38 Jacket), let alone took any measurements; and asked him to try on a 48 - just to see. Ridiculous suggestion. He then disappeared to the stock room for 20 minutes, again, without asking for what size was even looking for, or what we wanted. When he *finally* reappeared he handed us a few jackets (no trousers), said one of them was size 40, and that they didn't have much stock for hire. And then disappeared again, never to return to help us AT ALL. No help to find even a shirt. The idea that 'that was the best they had' and as if it DIDN'T MATTER THAT A SUIT SHOULD FIT. My god, it was truly infuriating. What is the point of running a suit shop if you throw random sizes at people and tell them, 'That's close, maybe'. Hands down, THE WORST SHOP EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. All the worse to have spoiled a very special shopping trip for my fiancee, who was excited to share a special occasion shopping for this suit with his father. Unforgivable, NEVER COMING BACK.

Wish they had more sizes ready for wedding season, but grateful that Connor and Carol were able to secure the size I needed from a different store in a timely manner!

I went to 4 Moss bros, and only Adriana from Canary wharf helped me find what I wanted, going above and beyond. She accomadated my urgent needs after a delivery failed and she thoroughly encouraged and advised which was the best suit for me. She also told me how to do future suit shopping. She's an amazing asset to Moss bros.

I recently bought a suit from this store and was impressed by the helpful and friendly demeanor of the staff. In particular, i was assisted by the store manager, who provided excellent recommendations and support in choosing the suit and what tie and shirt combinations would work best.\\n\\nFurthermore, as the centralized Moss Bross system was down, and i could not give my suit for tailoring on the day, the manager offered to have the suit pants i had bought lengthened free of charge, if i was to come back on another day.\\n\\nThe level of service and friendly demeanor was in stark contrast to other Canary Wharf suit shops, where i have been consistently been given minimal assistance the moment the staff would hear my Eastern European accent.\\n\\nLastly, the suit i bought was from the staff's new \\\"Eco\\\" range which is produced using recycled materials. This is great to see and is a practice i was glad to support as someone who is vegan and cares for the environmental footprint i leave.

I bought a tux from here and had a positive experience. Helpful and polite staff, the people I spoke to were able to guide me with what I needed and what sort of alterations may also be needed. They were able to rush the alterations too, which was great.

Rude I went in to buy a suit and assistant came over to help then when I wanted a different size he walked of and never come back so I just walked out.

Abysmally bad service. Wish I could give negative stars. Went in to rent a tux for a work event. Stood there for 20 minutes while the sales assistant pretended to be busy on the computer. After zero interaction with any staff we just gave up and left. Will rent the tux elsewhere. This place should be shut down.

Iâ??ve been to Canary Wharf store and have shopped at a few times over the past four years as I live in the area, and each time Iâ??ve been satisfied with the way the staff has dealt with me. Iâ??ve always found them polite, friendly, and very helpful, even when theyâ??re busy. In addition, they donâ??t try to persuade you to buy anything but leave you choose/decide while they provide you with the help you might need.

Nice manager but such poor customer service. I was asked to wait 30mins to exchange a shirt as no-one but the manager knew how to do it. On another occasion i was told i couldn't try on a shirt i wanted to buy as it meant taking it out of the packaging. Good suits/shirts but very poor staffing.
