Poor online purchase collection and return experience. This is based on 1) you do not have the capability of processing a store refund for orders processed via ApplePay in 2025, simply backwards. 2) the order was split into multiple deliveries and your return charged of £5 for each parcel 3) your store staff are not equipped to help with the most basic ask, routed me to either emailing and calling a call centre.
Time to wake up and check out how advanced your competitors are doing. With all this hassle, I will not come back any time soon.

On 24th August 2023, I purchased women clothing online and ordered pick up from LK Bennet store in Canary Wharf. But my order is missing for more than a week and customer care is ignoring my requests to help find the order that I paid for. It seems LK Bennet customer care is not interested in resolving problems of their customers. DPD is claiming that LK Bennet should initiate investigation of lost parcel, but no progress at all. So I will avoid to make any new purchases in LK Bennet

Great customer experience! I went in looking for a shirt and the staff was very kind and helpful. They created a very pleasant environment where I felt supported and not pushed to buy something. For an introvert such as myself, that was the perfect combination.

The girls working there yesterday evening were amazing and so helpful! I needed to collect some shoes for a wedding and got there at 19:00 when shop was closing. They were kind enough to give me my order and I am so grateful. Shoes as always excellent quality.

Dedicated staff who gave me very helpful advice, undivided attention. For items whose sizes weren't in store, the staff ordered them from a different store and offered to deliver them to my home address for next day delivery free of charge.Quality of clothing is unmatched. Will visit the store again.
