Disappointed with the Service at Burdett Road Lidl
I?ve been visiting this Lidl for a long time, but recently, the service has gone downhill. The store is often messy and untidy, with aisles in disarray. There are very few staff members available to assist customers, and the ones present are not helpful at all.
On my last visit, I had a trolley full of items, but they insisted I use the self-checkout, which had a long queue. The self-service machines are slow, and to make things worse, the car registration machine wasn?t working. When I asked for help, the staff simply told me to figure it out myself.
The management is no better?rather than assisting customers, they were outside smoking right in front of the main entrance, completely uninterested in what was happening inside the store.
This is my local Lidl, and it?s really disappointing to see the service decline like this. I hope they take action to improve the situation.

Lidl is not just a supermarket; it?s an adventure. You walk in thinking you?ll grab some bread and eggs, and next thing you know, you?re debating whether you need a welding kit, a paddleboard, or a discounted telescope.
Pros:
? Cheap prices that make your wallet happy.
? Surprisingly good bakery section (those croissants? *Chef?s kiss*).
? Weekly middle aisle surprises?because who doesn?t want a £7 drone next to the cucumbers?
Cons:
? You never find the same thing twice. If you like a product, buy 10 of them because it might vanish forever.
? Self-checkouts that beep so aggressively, you feel like you're committing a crime.
? Checkout speed is so fast, you better have ninja reflexes or your groceries will be launched into another dimension.

Excellent. Once I'm done with work. I go here. The app and the coupons often save me as I grab a free pastry and a drink when I'm running around seeing patients.

Very crowded store which could do with being larger. I think most of the issues here were to do with the behaviour of the customers who treat the place with no respect and sadly the staff can?t keep up with putting the place back together

Queues are a bit long if only going for a couple of items but choice and cleanliness are very good also fairly cheap
