I ordered an extra egg to the chicken vitality bowl, they charges me for the egg but didn?t add it. It?s the second time this happened. Today I even told them about my experience last time and they still didn?t add the egg. What kind of poor training do staff receive? It?s totally unacceptable

the food smelled really bad, smelled expired/moldy like been left out for days and tasted horribly and when i talked to the manger ?he kept insisting its fresh and all food is fresh? which obviously isn?t true, and when i tried to ask the manger to smell the food he kept refusing.
i did eat at this restaurant before but another branch, it was nice and tasted good. and did order same exact dish.
i don?t recommend coming here it was a very bad experience.

It is a great place if you?re looking for healthy, and tasty food. They offer a wide variety of sushi, rice bowls, and salads, so there?s something for everyone. The food is fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere is bright and pleasant!! The staff were friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Definitely a place I?d visit again!

Just got there and ordered a King Prawn rice box and got a wrong order. The person who attended me was not paying much attention and provided me wrong order.

The tall curly hair staff who works today is very kind and patient!!! I was standing in front of the store and struggling. He took time to explain the menu and recommended some foods for me. I end up chose the hot serve udon. Both hot food and sushi box are fresh and delicious!
