Great spot for a little everyday luxury. They have a fantastic range of chocolates, from classic bars to indulgent treats, plus their hot chocolate is a must-try. Whether you’re picking up a gift or just treating yourself, the quality is always great, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Avoid at all cost,very rude staff. Is really a very bad experience given you just spend £60 on chocolate. I always like hotel chocolate but their staff is unlike their product. Lack of customer service, and very rude.
