I know you have a theft problem and you dont keep redbull in the fridge because of it but do you think anyone wants a warm redbull? Also the fresh peach drink is discusting no one try it before they serve its just sugar water. The pizzas advertised with onion yet they never ever put onion on it. Probably out of lazyness. This place is a waste of money and time

I?m extremely concerned about the lack of response from your Woolwich staff today. A homeless man was violently attacked outside your store, and his head was smashed against your window so hard it smashed the glass. When I asked for help to stop the bleeding, all I was given were napkins?no gloves, no first aid kit, no meaningful assistance.
Do your stores not have first aid kits or trained staff to respond to emergencies? The response was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about your health and safety protocols. I urge you to review this incident and take appropriate action

I would say the food was barley passable infact your food is a joke now.. Iv had far to many bad experiences across the country food is always cold, overpriced no meat content in your products and the attitude from most branches is unacceptable when asking if anything is slightly warm. Hue ever has a say in this company get your act together.

The GREGGS in crisp street market is just. Dirty. Very dirty. To be honest I am disappointed that is kept open it should close down because of cleanness hazards. Just a honest opinion. You can do better or hire a cleaner. This is a brand company please check the presentation of your shops

Not worth the risk of going. They randomly close whenever they feel like it. 16:04 they closed today (saturday). Last time I came, they were closed by 2pm.

Always low on pastries, the elderly female is very grumpy every time I go there, no smile on her face not sure why. I guess Greggs is not looking out for her.
