Understaffed, please don?t go. You might end up wasting a lot of time! I was waiting for 20+ minutes to ask what the best offers might be for me to upgrade my 4GEE. What happened was, they asked me to log in account, and there was no good signal. They already had my name and my address and my ID, so they could just check for me and answer what the best solution for my post code was ? and explain to me why. The clerk seemed to try his best, then went in and asked the manager something, then came back at 20:00 and said that the system was now unavailable due to the time. My ask was really simple, guys. You may lose a customer pretty soon, sorry.

Rubbish service. The guy went to get me a SIM card from the back room and didn?t come back out. I gave up after 15 mins and walked out. Nice one!

I went to the store on Saturday to buy an iPhone and get a contract because I am a pay as you go customer and the agents literally didn?t want to assist me because the store would close in 15 minutes. Terrible service.

Person who we spoke to was quite sexist and made a lot of personal details assumptions. Asked if I had a uk driver's license and wouldn't accept national ID.Person walked away multiple times during the conversation without saying anything.

I?m waiting approximately 25 minutes in store nobody deal me .The staff was look like illiterate no ethics .At the the the guy didn?t deal properly so I ask I don?t want any deal sorry about that so one of staff member ask me you waste my time .Thats look like crazy ??

The team at Canary are very friendly I got served by a really knowledgeable and handsome chap called sharm Iv upgraded my phone many times over the years this time he made it really easy and simple an helped me transfer all my data and even put on my screen protector with no bubbles the attention to detail was it for me everything was explained and I left the store happy knowing I got what I wanted at a price that was affordable even changed my home Wi-Fi and thinking to bring my mum into store for her next phone really made upgrading my phone a pain free experience without forcing me to buy or commit to other things unlike in the past.

Big thank you to the employees of EE for their help, I needed to get a new phone as well as make a contract with EE as fast as possible due to bad circumstances, the employees were extremely understanding and helpful.
