I ordered pizza at home and the pizza was delivered in the shortest possible time. Jeet did an amazing job with the delivery as he was able to reach our apartment in the shortest time making sure we had a smooth handoff. Great work Jeet, great work Domino's.

Domino?s Disappointment ? Poor Service & Missing Pizza
After 16 years of loyal patronage, I expected much better service from Domino?s. My recent order arrived missing three slices of pizza, and when I immediately contacted the store to resolve the issue, the manager, Mohammed, was shockingly dismissive. Instead of investigating the matter or offering any resolution, he outright refused to acknowledge my concern, telling me that it was simply ?my reality? that the pizza was incomplete.
As someone with experience in hospitality, I understand the importance of professionalism and customer service, and sadly, this interaction was anything but. This wasn?t the first time I?ve encountered issues with my order, yet instead of addressing the recurring problem, I was simply told to file a complaint. No accountability, no effort to retain a loyal customer?just indifference.
With service like this, it?s no surprise that Domino?s ratings are suffering. If management continues to ignore customer concerns, they?ll only drive more patrons toward competitors who actually value their customers. Domino?s, it?s time to do better?train your staff to treat customers with respect and ensure orders arrive as expected.
Worst of all, I usually avoid writing negative reviews, preferring to focus on the positive, but leaving children hungry and forcing me to find another takeaway has now left me out of pocket. Extremely disappointing. If this is not addressed, I will put his review unfortunately on all social platforms.

I ordered cheesseburger, peperoni pizza and chicken wings yesterday, but unfortunately, they weren't good. The burger pizza was too salty, which made it unpleasant to eat. The peperoni one was OK. The chicken wings, however, weren?t well done, so I only tried one. My husband couldn?t eat them either. It?s really important for chicken to be properly cooked, as undercooked chicken can cause serious health issues. Additionally, after half an hour, my husband and I experienced diarrhea and I?m concerned about the ingredients. I hope the quality and safety of the food can be improved.

They don't deserve 0 stars. Order food here with Vegan pizza. The pizza had normal base and normal cheese instead of vegan. They are liars and criminals!!! Contacted their costumer services and they never got back to me with an explanation!!! The worst service ever. Criminals!!!! My sister had a very very very bad milk reaction and was ill for days on end. Shame on you!

Wish I Checked the Reviews First!
Ordered the Plant-Based Margheri-Tastic and a Pepperoni pizza from Domino?s, and I regret it. Pizzas were completely undercooked and doughy?couldn?t even eat it. The taste was awful, just disappointing overall. After my experience, I looked at the reviews and saw that this isn?t the first time they?ve delivered undercooked pizzas. Wish I had checked before ordering! Definitely won?t be buying again.
