Worst costumer service. Had to buy a wireless charger as a matter of urgency. One staff quoted 17 gbp but on cash counter the lady said 24 gbp. I asked after buying if i can quickly test if its working with my ultrasound probe. She said they dont have power outlets!!(in an electronics store) and you have to go to nearest coffee shop. Quite worderful service they are running. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer service support, very friendly and helpful staff.
I went to return an item bought online, but Currys policies doesn't allow to return online purchases to the shop directly which doesn't make sense at all. Online purchases only can be returned by post or currier pick up. It's very frustrating, however the manager of the shop was very kind explaining me the process and he kindly helped me to make a request for the return.
A month later I'm still awaiting for Currys to send me the instruction to drop the parcel at the currier picking point...
Shop it's a bit tricky to find if never been there, it's at the -1 level, (underground shopping centre).

Went in (to curry's canary wharf) to buy a new laptop. Jack was very helpful, gave great advice and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great service and friendly staff! Found exactly what I needed, and the checkout was smooth and fast. Highly recommend Currys for tech shopping. A little bit difficult to find the location from the maps.

No Any customer in the shop
4 employees are working but all of them are on the phone.
I need to go and ask for assistance otherwise no one is bothering.
Then they are upset that AI will take over their job...

Worst customer service, have never felt like this before.
Wanted to buy Metaquest and Airpods, and wanted to try their features, they mentioned I cant try any of the features and have to buy straight away, okay that's fine.
But he went ahead and said no one allows to try Airpods and MetaQuest, I went to John Lewis, in Canary wharf, they not only let me try everything, but also explained the features quite well.
The receptionist blatantly lied and was arrogant and said, we are the best store and make most of the sales here, so you will have to buy without trying.
Pathetic!! Wish Google allowed negative ratings

I recently purchased a laptop online from Currys, but unfortunately, it wasn?t working properly after a month . Concerned, I called the Currys branch at Canary Wharf, and the receptionist was very reassuring, confirming that my purchase was covered under a one-year warranty.
When I brought the laptop to the store, I was assisted by a staff member named Asikto. He was incredibly helpful, quickly diagnosing the issue and managing to fix it on the spot?saving me the trouble of having to send it off to a repair center. Thanks to his expertise and friendly attitude, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
I truly appreciated the excellent service and support I received. It made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. Big thanks to Asikto and the team at Currys Canary Wharf!

Awful experience. I went in trying to return an item - which I am well in my right to do - and the man who served me was so rude and condescending and refused to action a refund. I can?t believe he is allowed to even be in a customer facing role!

Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy a cheap, temporary laptop charger. A member of staff told me that the cheapest option would cost £130. I asked for someone else to help me, but I was completely ignored by three other staff members?as if I were invisible.
