Impeccable service and very lovely and empathetic driver. Used the services to transport a friend on wheelchair and I would say the drivers professionalism and attitude was second to non. Cab was superbly clean and comfortable.

It was the worst taxi experience ever. The driver threatened us and his credit card charger did not work and he wanted me to talk to a stranger on the phone and give my name, address and credit card #!!! No way!!! Stay away from Black Taxi! The hotelmanagement witness his threats in front of their London Hotel

I used corporate black cabs for airport transfers, due to the rail strike and transport to HP studios in Watson from Southbank area. Micheal was prompt in his responses and confirming my transport. Many other companies did not give direct confirmation due to rail strike. He also gave me the name and contact information...
