The toilets in this cinema are VILE!! It?s a hazard just walking in. They are filthy and the smell that was in there I cannot describe it was horrendous, I was actually gagging and almost threw up. I had to cover my nose but felt like the smell was on me. Staff were not friendly, no smiles no cares except for one guy who served us drinks and popcorns he was friendly. There were 3/4 staff behind the counter with a growing Que and only one person serving. The screen itself was ok, although the seat made me itch a lot (I was wearing a tank top). Not a pleasant experience tbh.

Cinema reception unmanned so follow signs to the escalator. Most tickets are done via app etc.
If wheelchair chair access needed there are signs but no staff unless u get to the 1st floor and second

Took advantage of the £1 cinema for the kids during the summer holidays and we enjoyed. The toilets were clean and didn't have to wait long to get in.

Dated cinema, felt dirty, seats (premier apparently) creak at the slightest movement. Screen is dull and blury. Full of noisy east Londoners constantly talking.

I have visited here whilst in London several times. It isn't the best cinema to be fair but is well located and easy to get to when I am in the area. Film selection is good and current. Snacks: pick and mix ok, popcorn twice has been ok and stale and awful once. Service is VERY slow - I mean you'll miss you film slow. Seems like chaos, incredibly inefficient, I want to go behind there and sort them out. Really doesn't need to be that slow other cinemas don't have this issue (Cineworld and others). Luckily I have offered 3 stars not 1 or 2 due to films and location.

The cinema is quite clean compared to many others in London, which is definitely a plus. It?s usually not crowded, which makes for a more relaxed and quiet atmosphere ? at least in terms of people.
However, the volume is way too loud ? to the point where it becomes uncomfortable. And the ads? 30 minutes of nonstop trailers and commercials before the actual movie starts. We?re paying to watch a film, not half an hour of advertising.

Worst experience ever. Cinema was so dirty, popcorns all over the floor in the lobby. It was stinky and filthy. The screen was smelly and the seats awful. Don?t recommend to anyone.
By the way I had problems while buying the tickets too. The first time I paid but didn?t get the tickets, had to buy the tickets again. Waiting for the refund. Hopefully I will get it. But in general very poor experience.

Unfortunately one of the worst Cineworld's I've been to. I've been to a few as an Unlimited Member, but this is one of the poorest. All the windows look absolutely filthy and the cinema feels very run down.
Cinema screen 7, the floors were ultra-sticky like a nightclub at the end of the night, so going to the bathroom likely annoys all the viewers as you can hear the stickyness while walking. Our seat also had a broken cupholder and lacking armrest padding.
The viewing and audio was fine in our screen, and while the men's toilets were clean and fine albeit a little dated, the women's apparently stank of garlic.
Wouldn't recommend this cinema, go to the O2 one or elsewhere.

Nice cinema (Screen1). Friendly staff. Good value (with voucher). Seating was comfortable, good leg room and height / gradient of seats was perfect (not blocked by people sitting in front of you). I would recommend cineworld in West India Quay and look forward to revisiting.
