“Dibsha was the lady who attended me and she was fantastic, she helped me a lot and even if the guy before me was prerry rude and disrespectful she was very professional, the Halifax might be a little hard to find but really friendly and professional staff, thank you to the worker one more time.”
“I was collecting some records for myself last minute for an interview and had I not been provided with the service I received that day, I surely wouldn’t have been granted the chance to work the job I am working today. Thanks to the lovely staff member who helped me that day, who goes by the name of Alison. I now work a job that has shaped the rest of my foreseeable career. Thank you Natwest, but furthermore, thank you Alison. You are the reason why Natwest will be my bank of choice and my first recommendation to the new generation looking to open an account with a national bank :))”
“Great service. I'm thankful for the staff for helping me with an issue. I had money stuck and wasn't being processed in the ATM machine. I went to deposit some cash and it was on a Saturday evening where there was no one available.\\n\\nI called up customer service and explained my situation. The head office was able to send an email to the team to the canary wharf branch. Which they did picked up on Monday morning and was able to locate my money and update my account.\\n\\nI'm very grateful.”

“I never get to experience the customer service here as I normally visit out of hours. One of the few branches that stays open 24 hours to allow you to withdraw and deposit with the minimum of fuss.”
“Good company, investing in traditional (fossil) energy sources is a good job, hope you will shut all ESG investments down because it is usually unprofitable and doesn't improve you popularity at all.”

“I'd like to share my experience, as I was originally very skeptical and almost scared to use the branch, after seeing all the bad reviews.I hope this will give confidence to other people who need to make use of this branch (and probably the bank, in general).I appreciate everybody has a different opinion and experience, in the end. So, yes - the context matters.I've been a customer for many years and of course things may not always be perfect - that's for any bank/business.First - the location is not exactly easy to find if you don't know the way around. Fortunately, there's plenty of security around, so I asked and then I was directed to the correct location (it's over a small bridge walking from Canary Wharf DLR/Tube.At the reception there were 2 guys and I was asked about the reason for the visit. They were talking among them, but I think I've been given the right attention. I was there for a CHAPS payment, so I just waited a couple of minutes and then I walked in and was served by a gentleman names Chris.Chris was very professional and made me feel comfortable, asked me a few questions about the transaction, etc.It only took a few minutes to complete the transaction (I'd say 10), so it went all smooth. As I said, I was originally put off by the bad reviews, but my experience was positive, so I felt like I had to leave a review o balance out the negativity.I feel it for the people who had a bad experience, but if I may suggest - please try to keep a positive attitude and respect the people you are talking to and I'm sure you'll be respected, too. Many thanks - an overall happy customer”

“It's a little hard to find if you are approaching from the Elizabeth line exit of Canary Wharf. It's better to ascend to road level to navigate than traverse through the bewildering array of corridors in the Wharfs shopping centre. Follow Canada square signs there if you do get lost. The Citygroup building has three entrances. The first isn't usually applicable if you're a guest on an event. The second is closed. The third largest one near the black stone sign lve photographed is the one you need. Be advised if you're pattern or photo sensitive that the entry atrium has a diagonal diamond floor, multi squared ceiling lights and a chevron patterned corridor connecting you to the escalator area that conducts you to the upper floor where Oliver's canteen is. I understand Citi bank will be refurbishing this main reception atrium in future months to be more restful and inclusive to all users. It's like a mini city inside with lots of movement between the different floor levels. Be aware on the ground floor toilets are situated through a right/left hand corridor at the foot of the escalators. The doors are stiff and heavy to push. On the plus side they use Mitsubishi dryers which are far less noisy than the over zealous Dysons.”
“Although I've had negative experiences at other Lloyd's branches, this branch has always been helpful with my issue. Despite my closed account, they went above and beyond to assist me.”
