“Had a superb service experience today and previously with Bneat, who kindly introduced me to the post office travel money card about 1,5 years ago. Used card in several countries already and nicely surprised by how easy and straightforward it is. Separate thank you to Bneat, as his customer approach is above expectations and we need more people like him who likes what he is doing. Thank you again ?”

“It has everything you can dream of. They have imported snacks lime takis, sour patch kids and even hersheys. They even have a subway and the aroma drifts around the shop. You can also get ice cream and has so many different services like PayPoint. Probably one of the best nisa locals I have Been to.”

“Great service. I'm thankful for the staff for helping me with an issue. I had money stuck and wasn't being processed in the ATM machine. I went to deposit some cash and it was on a Saturday evening where there was no one available.\\n\\nI called up customer service and explained my situation. The head office was able to send an email to the team to the canary wharf branch. Which they did picked up on Monday morning and was able to locate my money and update my account.\\n\\nI'm very grateful.”

“Wonderful store, huge. Expats will love it here. Would recommend sockets other way around: uk to eu instead of eu to uk. Many internationals don’t have uk sockets”

“It's a little hard to find if you are approaching from the Elizabeth line exit of Canary Wharf. It's better to ascend to road level to navigate than traverse through the bewildering array of corridors in the Wharfs shopping centre. Follow Canada square signs there if you do get lost. The Citygroup building has three entrances. The first isn't usually applicable if you're a guest on an event. The second is closed. The third largest one near the black stone sign lve photographed is the one you need. Be advised if you're pattern or photo sensitive that the entry atrium has a diagonal diamond floor, multi squared ceiling lights and a chevron patterned corridor connecting you to the escalator area that conducts you to the upper floor where Oliver's canteen is. I understand Citi bank will be refurbishing this main reception atrium in future months to be more restful and inclusive to all users. It's like a mini city inside with lots of movement between the different floor levels. Be aware on the ground floor toilets are situated through a right/left hand corridor at the foot of the escalators. The doors are stiff and heavy to push. On the plus side they use Mitsubishi dryers which are far less noisy than the over zealous Dysons.”
