The self checkout was covered in what the store member called "chicken juice" and when I asked for him to wipe it (as I was scanning vegetables) he dry wiped it with tissue. This is a massive health risk and could give somebody salmonella. The staff need training to British Health and Safety standards and please use anti-bacterial spray. Someone is going to become seriously ill.

I am a local coustomer of crssharbour asda.monthly I am going there more than 15 times. No other option that?s why I am keep going there.their coustomer service always very bad.they never want to help the coustomer.this is very disappointing.so many times they were rude with me.their employee doesn?t know how to behave with the coustomer.asda is 30 years behind then tesco.

Had a horrible experience here
They wasted so much of our time queuing and the managers were not helpful. As you can see the price of this product was 38 and it was updated to 58 but they were too hesitant to change the price where we can see it, wasted a lot of time waiting for the queue and them to confirm the prices. Ended up getting nothing and leaving.
Pretty unprofessional.

The scan and go is the biggest time waste
Makes no sense how they allow you to do the whole thing and then say you been randomly selected and need to go to regular queue
Then only have 1 person on regular queue

This has to be the worst Asda I have ever shopped in, hygiene is disgusting, rude staff, poor produce and limited availability
For this area so close to Canary Wharf I would expect so much better clearly they don?t care or the manager is seriously inept

Wonderful store, huge. Expats will love it here. Would recommend sockets other way around: uk to eu instead of eu to uk. Many internationals don?t have uk sockets

Absolutely unacceptable! I just found a product in your store that expired over a month ago. This is a serious health risk and shows a lack of care for your customers. I am extremely disappointed and expect immediate action to ensure this doesn?t happen again!!
