Had a 1.05pm appointment today. One and a half hour wait… Told the optician has gone on lunch break. Dreadful service. No one knows what’s going on. There are people waiting ahead of me too.

I had a service in illford branch. Vision Express illford is undoubtedly the best opticians I’ve been too. The staff were excellent, the service was immaculate and the eye test went forward with no complications or hitches. Very poor service, took ages to wait. Bet unprofessional. Would have been better off going to Specsavers. Never again will I try vision express.
