Guinot facials are amazing! Very professional, hygienic. Leaves my face cleansed better than any hydrafacial or other salon I have been to. Pricing is reasonable. Latest technology, several specialist machines.

Amazing deep tissue massage and indian head massage by Saf. Pedicure was amaxing too, lovely friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Really lovely relaxing salon, beeen there several times and will book again :).

I had LVL treatment today and I?ve come home extremely upset and disappointed with the outcome. The environment was clean and the beautician was nice and that?s the reason for the stars. There was lack of conversation and talk through the process the lashes are not at all lifted and the tint is black with blue?. It just looks as though I have put mascara on to have spent £50! On this treatment which is a whole days work for me feels like I?ve been completely ripped off. Others had not even noticed and when I told them they were shocked not only that I spent £50 on the treatment but the results I paid and left as soon as I could because of this. The picture below is of the lashes only a few hours after they had been done. Mortified and angry next time I?ll just use a eyelash curler and mascara. I would really like at least half a refund on this because it?s half a job !

Brilliant service , excellent customer service, super friendly and knowledgeable. I was clearly explained about the procedure before the treatment. I was made at ease. Cannot recommend them enough.

Wow some close family members went to have some treatment and definitely would not recommend. The experience was far from a professional and I would question the hygiene and customer service. Remember the customer is always right.

Honestly I have been going to this salon since it opened and I have never been happier with my skin and treatment!After years of laser hair removal vanity has helped not only my skin but my self esteem and all round confidence. The progression and care that has been put into helping a massive insecurity is honestly outstanding. I travel over an hour to have my treatment here and I wouldn?t have it any other way. The only place I will ever trust is vanity - I have also other regular treatments such as threading and waxing and the girls are great!I have also had my nose piercing done here and have never had any issues at all with it. If you?re looking for a place that does piercings without a gun then you should probably ask before you get it done. I have had multiple piercings and it?s well known you check the method before acting on it.10/10 would recommend!Services: Body waxing
