Please avoid using this bank if you have a business. They constantly block my bank transfers, do not follow up on complaints, I haven't received a bank statement in months despite numerous requests and when I call the business team they are absolutely useless

Went in as my bank card hasn't arrived for 6 weeks!! The asian man was extremely rude and aggressive.Had me in tears.Worst branch ever glad to be leaving this joke of a bank
