Went into the TSB ilford branch where the women at the front said can I help when I told her I had to see someone as my app won?t do it she proceeded to tell me to log into app. Rushing me constantly and just speaking over me. As I told her the app did just that NOT WORK . She then said no appointments today and gave me a number to call . Thanks will be using another bank ?

I have a business account with TSB, and I recently visited the Ilford branch to make a payment. We spent a considerable amount of time at the branch, but the service was excellent. The manager, Yasmeen, and her officer, (I think her name was Aisha), handled my situation professionally and with great care. They were extremely helpful and cooperative, going above and beyond to assist with my payment needs. I truly appreciate the support they provided. Thank you, TSB Ilford branch, for the exceptional customer service!

I being every month to them put money in my business account most of time system slow have to wait a long time they have most of Asian staff they not happy to help this morning 1/11/24 three of them busy to deliver the baby in TSB bank discussing personal optional delivery one called asyha one man and one other lady even they are that busy not hearing other staff calling them . I used machine and went to counter as I have problems online banking she said system down someone as can help I have to wait happy to wait ask them if they can help asyha said wait my colleague will help wait all most 15 min they start talking other people asking me to wait for system they have appointment one lady came went states way she said she doesn?t have appointment man took him other lady asking me to wait they I told them how long I am waiting they saying I am rude their system taking time why you don?t start system before if you know it?s time they getting pay enjoying personal discussion.should avoid this bank and these kinds of staff spoiled others people future Donot go to them please change your bank and save your time and get respect.

Most useless bank ever you can get. There is never a time when there will be staff available to help just because I have been with LLOYDS TSB before for 20 years and was transferred to TSB I have kept the account. Hardly any banks around. When u go to the bank they put temporary closure notice up when u have paid for the parking.

The wors customer service possible, acount closure and frozen for absolutely no reason. The staff at the desk are really slow and don?t do their job properly especialy the woman on the counter
