I was very hesitant to leave this review but I don?t want anyone else to have the same experience. The pictures of the salon on treatwell are out of date- they don?t have a massage chair and a proper pedicure station. I was taken in a room and sat on a chair from the waiting area, the girl doing the pedicure on a stool and my feet just about reached her knees (I was sitting in a very awkward position). My nails were filed and cut and a scrub was applied to my feet and that was the end. No moisturiser or oil was used on my feet, the dead skin on my heels was not properly removed, I asked her to remove but I was sitting in such a bad position she couldn?t even reach. I paid full price for not even half a service. I would also like to mention I was 1 minute late for my appointment and I received a phone call (I was outside) to ask where I was but came in and still waited 20 minutes.

Farrah was amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted. I?m really happy with my hair. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. Excellent service

Excellent service, I get my laser treatment done every month for face and neck and I?ve seen a huge difference in my hair growth. I will definitely be getting more sessions done as well. I highly recommend this place, always easy to book and Farah is very kind and always makes me feel comfortable when doing my laser. Overall recommend Trio Salon due to their exceptional laser results.

Pucha was lovely and professional at the same time. I booked a waxing session and it was surprisingly painless. This means a lot to me about the quality of materials and tools, but also how pro is the worker. Thank you, be back soon!!

I got a facial and massage deal from group on. The massage lady puja was very good but when the facial started they just applied 3 or 4 creams that you can do it better in home by urself and their steamer did not worked. Facial lady just finished the 60 minutes facial in 20 minutes.

Appalling service. She ruined my hair and refused a refund as I'd paid upfront through treatwell. Had to pay double to get it fixed elsewhere. Avoid this place and pay extra for someone who knows what they're doing

First time I visit in this saloon.... someone recommended me that this is the best saloon and I done my eyebrows. The lady name pooja really she Did a great job and definitely I will try other treatments as well...i was very happy bcz I got the exact shape what I want.

So unprofessional, farah herself is always nice but last week i went for eyebrows the staff!! Horrible customer service. One of the girls had came in late to work, dreading to do any work and was saying hope no clients are booked today.The lady who opened up was on the phone & told the other person there are few ?aunties? waiting for their treatments .. how rude??? I mean u shouldn?t judge someone guessing their ?aunties? didn?t really look like a young girl herself.And she refused to do me good even when i saidMy eyebrows and upper lips are not done good..Like i said if u book book with farah only the rest are all judgmental bishes

Was too shocked to say anything at the time but completely ruined my eyebrows right before my holiday and I?m now in tears. Hair taken from parts of my eyebrow that probably will never grow back again. Avoid at all costs.
