I came into top tiles on Tuesday 20/06/23 to which I was very pleased with the service I got from John. The welcoming atmosphere he gave was really enticing and helped me get the specific tiles I needed, ordered and different products I had no idea I needed too. Once my bathroom is done I?m looking to do my kitchen and definitely will be coming back to him ??Thank you!

The service was outstanding. Went into branch and spoke to Mark who was brilliant. Honest, helpful and knew his stuff. Made our purchase easy and I cannot praise him enough. I would 100% recommend going to branch to see Mark.

I went to the store today and was sent away from the front door as it is only click and collect and traders allowed to the counter. I went to the tile shop next door they let me look around then i went to the Dagenham branch who had no problem in letting me in.
