Neil was amazing at customer service.. He has helped me several times and even twice in one day.. any questions/ queries/ help and taking heavy loads to my car. He has always been very helpful, polite and friendly and knows his products. Definitely a great shop to get any tiles/ trims and tiling products.

We visited the shop for kitchen tiles and the service we received from Soner Z, was excellent. I highly recommend this place.The only let down is the staff working conditions, the place is very cold even with the one big blow up heater it makes little difference.

That?s a joke factory! Stay away from them. 3 weeks no tiles, no communication, no sorry, no explanation no apology. How does it sound to you? Refund still didn?t come through. They are just really bad. There are better places around.

Full marks for customer service, price and variety of tiles.They do have catalogs of other bathroom items but it's the tiles I would recommend them highly for.

AVOID FAULTY STOCK SELLERS!!!!!DO NOT trust the tiles, I ordered a batch that was on display. I had them professionally installed with the adhesive/grout bought with the tiles. A few days later a few of the tiles started to discolour. AVOID this place, they pretend to assist but they will start ignoring any emails sent. Still no resolution from them after they clearly sold faulty tiles. I have a completely ruined looking bathroom as the tiles that discoloured are the ones in sight. AVOID FAULTY STOCK SELLERS!
