We always go out of our way to use this 3 shop , staff have always treated us really well and explained stuff in an understandable way !! , Shabaz always makes sure we are happy before leaving the store and the staff always seem very helpful, we haven?t always found this in other 3 shops , ?? highly recommend

I recently visited three SIM stores in Ilford exchange mall to upgrade my contacts and SIM. Throughout the entire process, I was assisted by Dhay, who was extremely supportive, professional, and helpful. Her guidance made the whole experience smooth and stress?free. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service.

Staff are rude, went to collect a sim the assistant Fajr was just dismissive, asked to see the manger he was even more rude would not see my point and started to swear when I questioned him about the policy, is this the staff Three employe. Unless you want to be abused by ilford staff avoid this store

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Irfan, and I am writing to formally complain about an extremely unpleasant and distressing experience I had at your Ilford store. I visited the store recently to purchase a new phone, as I have done multiple times in the past. However, my experience on this occasion was nothing short of appalling, primarily due to the behavior of a staff member named Ish.
When I approached Ish/SHABAZ for assistance, I was initially polite and explained that I wished to purchase a new phone. However, my attempts to communicate were met with a dismissive and rude response. Ish, instead of offering help, questioned my ability to speak English, which I found highly disrespectful given that my English may not be perfect but I was making an effort to communicate.
Despite explaining my intent to purchase a phone, Ish aggressively told me to ?sit down,? completely ignoring my request for assistance. When I refused to sit down and reiterated that I was interested in making a purchase, he continued to insist I sit, all while showing no interest in helping me. To make matters worse, he began laughing and joking with two other female customers, seemingly mocking me.
I was deeply insulted and asked him why he was laughing at me, to which Ish approached me in a confrontational manner, both verbally and physically threatening. I was shocked and distressed by this escalation, especially considering that I had simply approached him for guidance and advice on which phone to purchase.
I was told by another staff member that CCTV footage would provide evidence of what transpired. I am requesting that this footage be reviewed as part of your investigation into this matter.
I was advised to return to the store on Tuesday to speak with the head manager about the situation. However, I am left feeling extremely upset and disrespected. As a long-standing customer of your store, I find this behavior to be completely unacceptable.
I would appreciate it if you could address this complaint promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that no other customer experiences such treatment. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you will take to resolve this matter.
