Today, I visited a perfume shop in Ilford, and I had a very bad experience. The manager there was very rude and didn?t listen to my problem at all. I had placed an online order that was having some issues, but she showed a lot of attitude and didn?t help me. Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. I was planning to buy more perfumes, but because she didn?t assist me, I decided not to. This kind of attitude really damages the shop?s reputation. Very disappointing experience.

One of the best stores in london, very well maintained since forever, well done to managers and lady with red hair and mask,
i was looking for a specific perfume which is discontinued, but she found me similar alternatives, very very impressive

I had a good experience at this Ilford branch. I was served by Rihanna. She helped me to choose the right perfume for my friend's birthday. And it wasn't an easy task as I was there with my children. Deffinately recommended.

Waste of time, click and collected for an order that said ready in 30 minutes came all the way and its not ready flipping waste of time had to wait 30 mins for the manager to come off break

I walked into this store ready to purchase and there was a Asian whatever woman standing doing nothing looking into space I then asked her do you work here she said yeah I walked out she is awful her attitude stinks so did her face she lost three huge sales do not go here you get treated like scum I went to fragrance shop and was treated far better. It was around 3:55pm Sunday so whatever staff were on shift you need to deal with her attitude most ugly attitude I?ve ever experienced in my whole life and a miserable unhelpful face to will never ever go in there again

The Asian lady with the scarf provided good service and she was very patience when going through some of the perfumes and talked to us through it as we couldn?t decide which one to get.
