The previous staff were so much better than the job lot they've hired now. one ruined my hair, gave me a very strange layered cut the layers looked miles apart I have had to cut my hair really short and it will take a year to grow it back to it's original length and the other ruined my eyebrows then went in to state you never had hair there in the first place. The skin in that area looked lighter which is why I realised she's taken hair from there. The salon itself is filthy and I've noticed they don't wash hands when they go from one person to the other.

Absolute rubbish services you guys are horrible and the worst service ever I?ve asked for wax and the women there did the wax by cutting my skin and I insisted not to use thread on my skin she did use thread on my skin and there are many cuts you guys are really horrible
