Just left a scathing review for the Sainsbury?s in this area, but honestly this shop is even worse. I actively avoided shopping here and I wouldn?t ever trust it enough to buy refrigerated items. One time I bought a flake ice lolly from there, went to eat it the moment I stepped outside the shop, but then realised the cone was totally soft and soggy and the ice cream was melted. It was obvious the freezers had stopped working but they didn?t replace the stock once it had defrosted. Checked the reviews afterwards and saw lots of similar stories of fridges turning off but them still selling chicken from it etc. Also totally over priced for what they sell but that?s not the shops fault.

Arrived at 6 mins to 11, door locked and has to be opened by staff by which time it?s 4 mins to 11. Only wanted a drink and ?no sorry, we?re closed? isn?t what I was expecting. Won?t be using again after how rude both the security guard and staff member is. No stars should be an option!

The sign clearly says 11pm but the staff decided that they will close 10 minutes early totally ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour doesn?t make any sense y to put 11pm when u wana close at 10:50

Really didn?t want to name and shame but Hassan, u need to learn how to interact with customers. You have forced me to put in an official complaint due to your dismissive and patronizing tone yesterday evening. If you have a policy not allowing me to place my shopping in a reusable bag rather than a basket (which I find hard to carry) , then this could have been communicated to me in a polite manner rather than a rude glare from afar and an ?order? to take a basket. Security guard was polite. But you have put me off shopping here again.

Shopping for couple years now, never have any problems with staff or security always polite greeting with a smile, people complaining here should reconsider how they act themselves and should stop racist comments. If staff speaks their own language between themselves is not your business

I always take the whole milk from tesco cas It's cheap and the quality is good as well. There is a woman, I forget her name, probably from europe, always approaching nicely at the till saying darling. She helped me to choose the right product. I will request to have my 5/ 10 kgs of rice packet and more bundle of tissue packets. Thanks

Disrespect the customerToday 15 nov I went to tesco gants hill express inbetween 4 to 4:30, I purchased couple of chocolate and I paid around £35 and there is two lady on the duty one was Pakistani, they said to me that I stole some chocolate, its embarrassing me alot when you do nothing and they behave like I am criminal its feel bad for meWithout any proof they just blamed.They disrespect me and now in my mentality i will never go in tesco and also recommend other super store for purchasing.
