Arrived at 6 mins to 11, door locked and has to be opened by staff by which time it’s 4 mins to 11. Only wanted a drink and ‘no sorry, we’re closed’ isn’t what I was expecting. Won’t be using again after how rude both the security guard and staff member is. No stars should be an option!
