This is the only shop within 30 mins radius for evri parcel drop off if In post lockers don't work for your parcel. This is supposed to be print in store location, but the printer and the evri machine doesn't work. Waste of time. Rude staff.

Compact Tescos Express. Isles are quite narrow making it difficult to navigate around the shop especially when it's busy. Security on the door is a bit over the top, as I was questioned if I had paid for the items I'd bought, having used the self scan and not having printed off a receipt ?

Dear Tesco Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the milk I have recently purchased from your Ley Street store. For the fifth time, I have experienced the milk spoiling well before the stated expiration date.
Specifically, the milk has consistently gone off approximately five days before the expiration date printed on the packaging. This issue has occurred despite ensuring proper storage in my refrigerator at the recommended temperature.
As a valued customer of Tesco for over 40 years, I have always trusted the quality of your products. However, this repeated problem has caused inconvenience and wasted money, and I am concerned about the quality and safety of the products being sold.
I request a full refund for the spoiled milk and would appreciate your immediate attention to investigating this matter. Additionally, I would like to know what steps Tesco is taking to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and resolution.

I visited Tesco between 17:00 and 18:00 and had a disappointing experience. The security and billing staff were rudely staring at me, making me feel like a suspect rather than a customer. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of assistance were unacceptable. They seemed more interested in spying on customers than providing helpful service.

Close down your Evri parcel shop if the printer is always broken or you won't accept the parcels for other reasons.

This tesco store has a bad parking issue it is often very hard to find a place to park another issue is some of the lazyness of the staff they do not clean up the messes they make coming to a conclusion the store offers groceries of everyday essentials of wide range of products
