Things are being moved around quite a bit, but mostly clean store. Requires a bit of looking around for what you need due to all the changes and refurbishments. The staff were helpful on our visit.

My Reviews noted and given knowledge of the issues could be arisen. Should to be straightforward clear services so that Customers wouldn't be able to do false Claim also Customers wouldn't be doubts or loosing money this is for both parties good understanding. That's true no RECEIPTS and few times same issues but I checked not been paid any money twice. TESCO PRODUCTS are always good so that I buy without having any concerns. Country covered so many scams fraud so please be sincere whatever doing for Customers satisfactions not to getting upsetting Reviews. MACHINES should to be displayed MESSAGES at the begging of Scanning not after being wasted of times or scanned done. Hopefully my Reviews will be bringing RECEIPTS PAPERS. Small Store shortages of products, items like big TESCOS.

More like a scavenger hunt than shopping. It's taking months for them to move the shop round and it still isn't done. Every time I shop there I have to walk up and down to find where they have moved everything this week ?.
The shrinkflation here is crazy too. Constantly hiking prices and lowering weights. Get what you have to buy what you can from Aldi or Lidl first though

Store had a brilliant setup but for the last 4-6 weeks things are being moved out everyweek as they trying to reconfigure the store which is a nightmare close the store for a week or two and get it completed stop being a nuisance and moving items around every week!

Kl for a daily shop but I don?t know what HR are telling the staff especially at checkout but it?s too much. Example went to grab an item real quick whilst in self check out to decide I want an item already in my basket I?m came back to all my shopping scanned plus an extra bag scanned too. I didn?t want to embarrass her as say I didn?t want the items. Other days going here staff like to take up ur personal and scanned the plastic bags which someone who brings plastic bags; before I could even check if I actually brought my own to bags I?m now forced to pay for a bag I didn?t even need.
After researching staff don?t earn commission off these bags and Tesco earn over millions for them to scan things you don?t need

Very bad experience. Till where tesco collegue (BHAVIA) served me was very dirty and non hygiene.when I request to clean that because my food and frozen items going to be dirty, she was very rude and deny to clean. Then I said not to buy items from here. Then she cleaned.
Staff has no sense that the place where they scan items and around that area should be cleaned and hygiene. It is responsibility of tesco to provide customers clean and hygiene place for food items to collect from till and in store shelves.

It wasn't a best shop in area, but it got worst Since refurbishment started. Items been moved around, stock reduced, finding Items nearly out of date or last day to use. Disappointment. Would not recommend.

Incredible team Huzma, Darren etc. helped me at checkout when my little car key fell through a tiny gap at the tills. Amazing teamwork and customer service. Am so very grateful. Thanks a bunch :)

Why replace hot ready to eat food with low quality overpriced sushi crap?
Also when will you stop changing product locations in store? At least twice a year I enter the store and I cant find things that I need and end up walking around looking for them. Its really annoying and I think its unnecessary!

GRACE the store manager is rude disrespectful and has a negative ego she likes to degrade people with her comments and no sympathy for her workers so I would avoid this woman at all cost

I was returning a bottle of Tesco own brand disinfectant with a pin hole leak. The team leader was called, He was very rude and found him to be very unprofessional considering his part of management. I informed him I had a hidden disability and showed him my neurodiverse disability pin badge and to be honest he didn?t care or pay attention.
No apology was given for the pinhole leak or for
upsetting me.
After he escalated my mental health to the point of meltdown. The pain Barkingside store manager caused me was extremely painful.
I?m a regular customer in Tesco and don?t expect to be treated this way.
Disgusting behaviour against people with disabilities. !!!
