Terrible experience. I waited an hour and a half for my prescription, only to be told they had thrown it away and had to retrieve it from the bin. After that, I waited another 20 minutes. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. On the same day, another customer was told their prescription hadn?t even been processed after two days. Incompetent at best?avoid if you can.

The shop is good but the pharmacy is woeful ever since Jaspal has gone the pharmacists whom fill in have not got a clue they never have items in stock and consistently fail to order in time.

The pharmacist (lady with hijab) has zero customer service skill and very impolite. Too many pointing but unable to communicate properly and always in a bad mood. Thanks to her continuous poor customer service I have now changed my nominated pharmacy to boots pharmacy.

I had a really frustrating experience with a pharmacist who was super unprofessional and rude. A lady at the counter had ordered my prescription two weeks ago and confirmed it was all set. But when I went to pick it up, the pharmacist in charge said he needed to place the order again and that it would arrive next week. When I asked him about what I was told earlier, he was really dismissive and acted like he was in charge of the whole NHS and Superdrug.
It makes me wonder, when digital prescriptions come from the GP to Superdrug, why can?t they just pre-order and keep them in stock? Every time I go in, they check the prescription, place an order, and tell me to come back later. Isn?t that just a sign of inefficiency at the pharmacy? Digital prescriptions are supposed to cut down on paperwork and speed things up. I really hope Superdrug figures this out soon.

I am your loyal customer and usually I buy products from your branch, but today very unprofessinal store manager Mr Rahim runied my day. He don?t know how to behave to the costumers he didn?t respond any single word with politely i a very disappointed Not go again to this branch. At least you guys need to hire professional people in your branch

Came to the pharmacy at exactly 1:55pm today and no one came to the counter and when someone did a couple minutes later to tell me we close 2-3 for lunch like I arrived at 2 to even care. There was 3 people working and no one could sell me medication for my daughter that is very ill. This is very disappointing and not nice. This was my first time visiting and will be my last.

Terrible Customer service!! very rude and unpolite, people are unaware who is actually responsible for which service, Their is a mid aged tall lady , she just ruined my day, I was in a hurry and she was just arguing with me, trafficking me from here & there to purchase..Worst!! experience ever!

Really poor customer service untrained staff I ordered on13 of October for next day delivery visited store many times they were saying not delivered and contact customer service customer service no phone only chat says replying time 6-8 hours got reply after one day saying the order was delivered on 15 of October I again visited the store and asked for help security guy send me to a curly hair lady her behaviour was not friendly unable to help she checked the system and said it?s not delivered yet and it?s Royal Mail fault and can?t do anything just wait and asked me to leave my voice is loudly I explained her it?s not personal but it?s really poor customer service. I requested her to explain how to reach customer service she was unable to help she said she was taking to manager repeating the same order not delivered yet you just have to wait no further help she can and meanwhile security guy reached me asking me to leave saying there is nothing more they can do. I showed her chat which says it was delivered and order status which says completed she said it?s not her job to solve it I asked her to give me some proof that it?s not delivered she said I can take a picture of device I asked her to give her name or employee details she refused she and security guy wanted me to leave at this point another employee Mohit Dave reached me offered me to take his name and help he asked what happened I explained to him he listen carefully took my order number saw the chat which says delivered he asked me to wait for 2 minutes went back and came with my order and I was able to collect it after 15 days I personally thanked him for his help and positive response and I was shocked with the lady staff and security I mentioned earlier

Went to collect a pre-ordered prescription. Traveled 30 mins by car from Gidea Park to Ilford being the only branch offering collection. On arrival greeted by an abrupt middle-aged Asian lady who insisted I sat down to one side. 33 minutes later no sign of my medications, as the senior pharmacist was on the phone to a disgruntled patient. I nearly lost my patience as they operate a poor system and excessive waits. The lady kept telling patients over the phone that they are understaffed (I noticed 4 of them behind the counter!) so after 49 minutes I received what I came for ?. overall a very poor and painfully slow service.
