Went to ask if they still do order and collect service and the lady on the front explain and even asked her colleagues ! She advised me to just get the staff from the shop ! And helped me with my choice of concealer and contour ! Very very helpful staff her name is Anika !

Absolutely terrible. They have employed some new extremely rude staff. The woman first of all did not even know about the products in store, even if I write that off, she kept spying on me very blatantly once i did manage to find the product I was looking for. When I confronted her about feeling uncomfortable with her looking at me so blatantly she had a go at for me using the storeâ??s makeup to do my makeup, and chased me down the store loudly speaking at me saying its my fault I find her rude. The manager was so unprofessional and did not once apologise for her behavior. These people are not trained, they all looked native indian, and I dont want to be racist at all, but they seemed to have no sense of U.K customer service standards.

If there is an option for negative rating I would have rated this store with maximum possible. Customer service from all the staff including the manager is well below average. I bought a loreal product which looking good until I opened it for use. Once I opend it I was surprised to see state of the content nd it smelling so bad I coudnt dare to open it twice. When I went for refund or exchange they have given me another damage oneð??¡ð??¡ then I asked for refund but the manager came to give all the excuses not give me refund.....eventullay after few minutes of heated discussion they did the refund. No more superdrug.....

Had a wonderful shopping experience today in which I have rarely had in drugstore , I was standing in front of the stands in which all face masks are displayed with confusion about what to choose, she just came straight to me and asking me if I need any help, that wasnâ??t not only me that she asked, she asked to most of the customers and she answered all those questions patiently as well , and after observing her for a while i asked her to give me some suggestions for a peel of face mask ( tired of googling reviews before buying anything) she suggested me one brand, I didnâ??t even think twice I just bought that :) nowadays hard to get that kind of warmth service from most of the stores even in higher cosmetic brand too, forget to ask her name !! However she is obviously noticeable in that store!!!

There is a lovely hijabi woman/girl within the makeup aisle who spent lots of time taking care of my needs, she was very through and she had a very unusual but effective technique behind how she dealt with my needs. I will try and head back there soon as I am missing her technique.

Came into the barkingside store to change a mascara I bought from my local branch that the brush was broken. I spoke to a lady on the cosmetic section who advice me to speak to the manager. He was very polite and helpful. He change the mascara for me and also helped me picking some foundation I needed. It was really great service from him. Why are services in some store different from others. Some stores will not exchange cosmetics. I don't get it. But really happy with the service I received from barkinside.

Very bad service! I was there yesterday afternoon and did shop quite a lot. When I came home 3 items were missing and that bag has not been opened until I reached home. And the items were small, so I assume the cashier maybe forgot to put it in. The worth of missing items were about £14, which is quite a lot. So today I went back telling them, these items were missing. So the manager I assume was very unpolite and unprofessional! No, hi, no nothing, just went and told me to show the items and just gave them in my hand, no sorry, no ok then we going to give it to you! Super rude! She even told me I wouldnâ??t have to give it to you. If she didnâ??t believe me then she should check her camera! But donâ??t give me such a nasty attitude and response. But the items were not with me, thatâ??s fact. But donâ??t give that attitude because I donâ??t need free stuff. But if I pay for something I expect it to be in my bag and if your employee made a mistake then thatâ??s not my fault. Bad manager.
