Very rude staff especially Esha. I got a free reward on the superdrug card but apparently it doesn't work even though I showed them the product that said it was one of the free products, said that If I got to find another product they won't serve me. I brought my other products that I wanted instead and left, never going to that shop again. They should be given better training or should be fired for the rudeness

Visited this branch 3 times for a specific shampoo. 2 times very full of staff who did nor want to help, kept telling me where I could find what I was looking for. The 3rd time I asked if there was a problem with getting some supplies. That is when a staff member looked elsewhere and apologised for the item being in the wrong place.

One of the worst store I ever visited,staff was so rude,I requested 3 times for the item they all just pointed me to go there and guy name called Ayan he was also very rude ,I asked him about where is that product he looked at my face with spotless expression and then he just pointed me to go there , never recommend anyone to go there ,no more shopping from Superdrug

I get put off by staff who jump on you to ask if you need help. I tell them if I need help I will ask. They are very pushy in trying to sell you stuff you don't want at the til. I firmly refuse. They also have 3 for 2 offers or buy one get half price but you need to watch your bill carefully as they don't always honour their offers and you have to explain to them their mistake.

I have been a customer of Superdrug for a while now, but I have to say that my recent experiences with them have not been great.While I appreciate the wide range of products they offer, I have found that the customer service is lacking.The staff at the store I used to visit were not helpful, which made my shopping experience less enjoyable.I hope that Superdrug takes steps to improve their customer service in the future.?

The Hindu man in the til was so rude to me. He was talking to a staff member about me in his language. I will never go to this Superdrug again. Avoid this shop, it's gone downhill very badly.

I found the customer service from the girls at the makeup section very useful and they were very nice. However, the manager and the girl at the cashier Pardeep had a terrible attitude. The manager ayaan looked exhausted from helping me before he had even begun. He shouldn?t show how he?s feeling to his customers as he has a duty to serve his customers and if your not going to come with the right attitude don?t work a job that requires communication with other people. He wasn?t only giving an off negative vibe to me, but he also showed an attitude towards his colleagues which was very unprofessional. He needs to be fired or be trained on how to communicate.

Terrible customer service at the till,the girl with the hijab on kept on chatting to the other colleagues and forgot how much I gave for the items I bought.someone at the back office had to check and then gave the right change!I understand everyone makes mistakes but an apology for her mistake would have been acceptable. Terrible customer service with her attitude!!

Well stocked store, lots of products for all your beauty and basic healthcare.Perfume section here too as with all superdrugs stores.Staff are present, but I don't think this is a flagship store as there is not as many as lakeside.Store was clean and well stocked.Queuing was quick enough, Upsells at the counter for the product of the day. Decent overall experience.
