i Bought 2 suitcase and ask CSR to help to lock and unlock the suitcase she said she dosnt know about its not my fault i asked her call supervisor/Manager to help she called him, his name was waseem he saw me from the far and said i dont know ? rude customer service and they dont care about the sale or customers I will never recommend

I?ve just been there, opening time is 9:30 am i?ve arrived at 10:00 am , the changing rooms are full of dirt (i?ve seen 2 of them) , the floor was covered in dust It hadn't been cleaned in ages,also the mirror and the walls?The lady who was in the desk didn?t seem to care too much , same the person who was on charge on that shift , (im not sure if he is a supervisor or manager) just saying ?ok-ok , he didn?t care at all. Not a single one of them apologized. Im tired of dealing with bad customer service, very bad experience, never going back. ?Attitude reflects leadership?

Very unprofessional and rude behaviour.
When I trialled the trainer, I found a scratch on it. I told to change it, but they denied and told this copy is last copy without checking the stock.

It was 25/03/25 I went to the store to buy something with my newborn baby.One of staff she came behind us and pushed my babies buggy. I said here is my newborn baby and why you pushed where is your manager I wanna speak to the manager. This staff didn?t even say sorry so rude they are also manager didn?t come to speak to me

No one on the tills. Queued for 5 mins - Became a free-for-all & they ended up serving someone ahead of me. Asked a staff member to speak to a a manager, told to go to the tills!? Joke shop! Going JD.

I wouldn?t be giving stars if I had the option. My experience was frustrating.
The staff are on another planet. Customer service is not a thing in that place. They all seem slow, unbothered, dismissive and incompetent.
They just stand around talking amongst themselves.

I was at the store today. I asked a member of staff could you please check for Me if you have these shoes in the size that I asked he just looked at me and snatched the trainer then went. After a few minutes I heard him shouting out size 11 I couldn't see him but I was still at the same spot when I asked him to check for the shoes. The I heard him talking to another customer and he said I just had a customer ask for theses shoes there's no more left. Another customer was told by a member of staff that they can surve her. Then when I was at the still another member of Staff had a till opened and was calling on the customer who has card payment to come over to pay so we did but then after I was told to move back in the que or they won't serve me. They need to sort out there staff about there attitude towards customer's very Rude! And disrespectful.

The manager at Sports Direct, a woman of color, is the rudest I've ever encountered. She won't listen to customers and repeatedly says, "Go there, someone will help you!" without actually helping. The store seems understaffed, with only a few employees assisting the crowd while the manager appears to hate her job let her go !!. I've visited twice and was never served either time. I won't be going back due to these consistently poor experiences. I am truly surprised by the attitude!!
