I have been coming here for years and always have the most pleasant experience. The staff are welcoming and kind and explain every thing . I took my grandson in recently and he had a nosebleed whilst waiting. He was very scared and nearly fainted.
The staff were fantastic, so kind. They got him a chair and some water and really took care of him. Above and beyond and I believe they deserve recognition for this.
A special mention to Seani, the loveliest, kindness and most helpful member of staff.
Ive seen her a few times now and she is always absolutely delightful. She remembered me today when I collected my glasses, and waved to me. She is an absolute asset to the team and I'd like if she could be told how great she is!

This is the first time I have used Specsavers for an eye test and I must say I was very impressed with the services and staff, at this Barkingside chain. The customer services did not disappoint. I would like to say a special thank you to Israt and Veli who not only was very friendly and welcoming, but went above and beyond to help me pick the right pair of glasses for my features.

First class customer service and examination from start to finish with clear explanation of what was happening throughout and what was required. In my case little change to my sight so no new glasses needed. I could not have asked for more.

Me and my daughter went for a eye test yesterday at Barkingside specsavers.We didn't have to wait at all before we were seen.Our opticion and the staff were really good.Israt was really helpful and helped us choose the perfect glasses for me and my daughter. I went today again and Israt helped me today also. I would recommend specsavers Barkingside.I am thankful.

I went there for my mother today, we had the best experience ever! I had my baby sister with me, she was being a bit difficult by started crying,. But The entire store was really patient with my baby sister. Specially The manager Manjit she is a kind hearted person ?? and Rahima (DO) a lovely lady both of them diverted her attention giving her a book to draw and stickers.So we had the time to choose glasses for my mother. The optometrist Masuma was really nice as my mom doesn?t speak English she gave the time to me to explain her. The optical assistant Danielle, Samiha, Israt really helped us.I would've to say the Barkingside specsaver is the best one!
