I was recommended this agency. Within my first call I knew this was the agency for me. They have been so clear throughout the whole process and always available if I had any queries. I used to put off applying because of what I had heard in the past about the process, now I just wish I had done it sooner! The staff are so friendly, the whole team is amazing. Whenever I?m there I have such a warm welcome and always looked after. They have a support group which I found really helpful.I have had my first placement and Shared Care supported me throughout. My experience so far has been splendid. My agency is always there to support me in challenging times, making my duties easy to carry out. Working with these children and thanks to the support, I have been able to build up my confidence, learn new skills thereby adding to my pre existing knowledge in different areas. So far so good, it has been an amazing experience and I will always be thankful for these opportunity.
