Food is not good and very expensive for their standards. Employees behaviour is worst and arrogant. Avoid if possible.

My American family frequented this establishment on a Sunday night, the service was poor, staff were rude, the portions were poor. I think they heard the accent and they took advantage of them. Overcharged and underdelivered.

Had a platter with 2 friends ordered 3 soups 7 pounds a half filled bowl very watery no body to soup 6 dmall bottles of water which totalled 15 pounds our platter was 50 pounds very sub par there was only really 20 pounds food on it and feel we were ripped off would never go back there .....have eaten better quality and quantity food elsewhere for cheaper namely at Tayyabbs in Barkingside which was excellent we even had teas and desert and it was cheaper.

Delivery took 3hrs after placing the order, despite being told after 1.5hrs that 'the driver is on their way'. When chased again after 2hrs they said they had only 'just received the order'. Was very RUDE over the phone with no apologies. Blamed it all on Uber Eats. They refused to cancel the order from their end and annoyingly it was NOT an option on the app, we had to wait a further 45 minutes for the food to be delivered. Staff need training on customer service! Food was actually quite nice. It's a shame the staff attitude will mean that I am never ordering from them again

I ordered via justeat website, food came within the hour which was good but oh my gosh were we disappointed. The food had no flavour, the bulger was completely tasteless and too soggy, the Grilled meats lacked falvour, the iskander had a weird unpleasant flavour. I will not be ordering from Salamis in the future. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Ordered the wings and chips from JustEat and was expecting the food to be the grilled wings as shown in the picture. Ended up getting this pathetic box of chicken nuggets and chips. Called the restaurant only to talk to an incompetent staff member who kept blaming me for ordering wrong, when clearly they falsely advertised and then pretended as if it's not their fault. Poor service, poor management, never ordering again and this was supposed to be a first. Would never recommend this place to any sane person.

Should have read the reviews before visiting.
They seem lovely and service was amazing, but the food was very disappointing.
I witnessed our waiter put his bare hands in a black bin bag and take out our breads and heat them up. Dust his hands off on his trousers and gather the rest of our meal.
It was something out of a horror movie.

Me and my husband got food poisoning from this place. I got hospitalised for a few days. I will be reporting them to the food safety team at Redbridge council. DO NOT GO THERE THIS WILL MAKE YOU SERIOUSLY ILL.

So the guys at salamis are very friendly
however they kept asking me if i was to eat in or takeaway. As there was table and chairs I assumed seating would be better. The food which i ordered was doner lamb in outta with Salad. Presentation was as to be expected however the doner was very dry almost inedible. Salad was nice as nice as a salad should be.The doner was left half eaten as i couldn't stomach anymore, when paying the bill they charged me £14.99 when totting up the display menu prices it came to £10.00
When i asked in detail why the extra amount he simply said you ate inn. inwas taken a back and asked him to explain this....
There was no signage stating eating in would cost more.
This is really a rip off especially for the food which was served. Feel completely ripped off
wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I should of read the reviews before visiting...
